Family house with office

The subject of this bachelor thesis is completing the documentation of a building part to the new family house building with bureau premises in Velké Meziříčí. The family house is designed as a slab-on-ground facility with two floors above ground. The facility ground area is of a rectangular shape. The second floor above ground is roofed-over with a flat roof. Facility entrances are on the first floor above ground where there are bureau spaces and technical rooms of the family house. In the second floor above ground there is a quite zone of the householders with entrance to the passable terrace over the garage space. The carrier facility structure is created by a brick constructional system Porotherm with ceilings from ceramic inserts Miako. The facility floors are connected through a reinforced concrete staircase. The project documentation is draw-up according to currently valid laws, regulations and standards.
Design of concrete structure of gym in Olomouc

The bachelor thesis deals with the design and assessment of reinforced concrete slabs above the 1st floor in a gym in Olomouc. The proposal will be implemented in two versions, monolithic and pre-fabricated. The resulting design will be compared at the end. It is also proposed monolithic staircase. Ceiling plate will be assessed according to ČSN EN 1992 - 1 - 1.
Apartment house Novosedly

The proposed building is thus a apartment building with garages, which will be located in the village of Novosedly, in South Moravia, on two plots no. 5420/83 and 5420/84. The terrain on which the object is in a slight slope. The building of the block of flats is made of brick blocks, for the above-ground part and in the underground part it is lined with lost formwork. The roof structure of the building is arched from wooden beams.

System design house is two-way, vertical walls are lime-sand masonry. The fasade is complemented by thermal isolation. Horisontal strukcures is made of beams and ceramics inserts HODO and cavity panels. Heating are ensured by a gas boiler. The interior staircase is designed as reinforcete.

This work deals with a new building – block of flats on land no. 1799/1, 1800/1 cadastral Újezd u Brna, region Brno - venkov. This building contains 15 individual flats. The object is geometrically divided on central part with gabled roof and 2 side parts with hip roof. Slopes of roofs 10°. Building is designed as three-storey object without a cellarage, whence all three storeys are residential . The building is accessible from local road and it is possible to park a car next to the object in new-build parking place. Residential rooms are positively rotated to south and ventilated naturally. All the residential rooms are exposed to direct day light. Sidewalk and hard surface are treated as concrete and scrubbed pavement. Construction peripheral bearing masonry, interior bearing masonry and cross buntons effected from ceramic breeze-block POROTHERM. Ceilings plates are made of reinforced concrete. Staircase are made of reinforced concrete as well.
